- Pets are defined as domestic dogs, cats, and birds. Farm animals, e.g. chickens, pigs, etc are not considered as pets and are not allowed within the Ranch.
- No aggressive pets are allowed at the Ranch. Owner is responsible for any damage done by their pets. Our insurance provider prohibits certain breeds known to have aggressive tendencies from visiting the Ranch, such as Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Pit Bulls, Chows, and German Shepherds.
- Pets must be kept leashed and under the control of their handler while on Ranch property. A dog run/park is provided for off-leash exercise, but pets may NOT be left unattended for any amount of time. Pets are not permitted in the vicinity of the private residences located on the Ranch or around any livestock. Dogs belonging to the Ranch live OFF-LEASH but contained by invisible (underground) fence in residential and equestrian areas of the Ranch. Please observe "No pets past this point" signs.
- Pet feces MUST be picked up IMMEDIATELY. Bags and receptacles are located at both sides of the RV park as well as in the dog park. If guest fails to pick up after a pet, a verbal/written warning will be given upon first violation, a $25 fine issued for second, and eviction can occur for three or more violations.
- Digging is not allowed by humans or pets.
- Owners are legally responsible for their pets and injury or loss caused to or by their pets.
