- It's important to us, as well as our residents and guests, that Lost Resort maintain cleanliness and natural aesthetic appeal. RV pads and campsites must be kept clean and free of clutter and debris. No add-ons or structures of any kind (porches, stairs, furniture, fencing etc.) can be added to RV pads or community areas without written approval by Management. Excessive plants and ornamental objects are not allowed. We understand, appreciate, and encourage you to make yourself at home, and will do all we can to make sure you're comfortable.
- All RVs AND motor vehicles must be in proper working condition and appearance when entering and while staying at Lost Resort. Registration and insurance must be kept current and proof of such provided to management at check-in and upon expiration/renewal. Any RV or motor vehicle that breaks down (including but not limited to mechanical failure, flat tires, body damage, etc.) while staying at Lost Resort must be reported to management along with plans for repair. If an RV or motor vehicle is found to be in disrepair and has not been reported within 72 hours, vehicle is subject to towing away from property at guest/resident's expense. All RVs and personal vehicles must be capable of being moved within a 24-hour notice. If an owner cannot move their vehicle or RV, owner must have it moved by a third party, at the owner’s expense.
- Tent campsites are offered by reservation and are located in a designated camping area. No motorized vehicles are permitted in campgrounds. Campgrounds are pack-in/pack-out and must be left in the clean and natural condition in which they were provided. See our Rates page for fees. No tents are permitted in RV park or elsewhere on property.
- Storage of personal items is prohibited under or around vehicles or RVs. Lost Resort personnel will determine what constitutes a storage violation and that determination may be affected by the overall appearance of the site. Gas cans of any size are prohibited. External propane tanks which exceed 7 gallons of capacity are not allowed. Propane tanks must be attached to grills, smokers, heaters, etc. As with storage of personal items, Management staff in making a determination of a violation will consider overall aesthetics. Management staff will provide guests a written violation notice of their site and guests will be given a timeline of 24 hours to address the violation(s). Some violations will require immediate attention and will not be given a 24 hour timeline. Failure to do so will result in eviction.
-No off-road vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, motor scooters, etc., are allowed to be used on Resort grounds by guest. Electric golf carts are allowed but must be operated only by a licensed operator.
- RV & car washing requires a permit you may obtain one at the office. No car repairs on site.
- A plastic sewer elbow or rubber donut must be used to connect to sewer lines. You may purchase this at the office.
- Outside clotheslines are not permitted at any time.
- All RVs entering the Ranch must dump black water tanks prior to arriving at the Ranch.
- Put all trash in the dumpster provided by the Ranch. All trash bags must be tied.
- RV sites are designed to allow one RV and two motor vehicles to park on roadbase IF SPACE PERMITS. No cars may be parked in grass, wooded areas, park roadways, or other RV pads not reserved and paid for by you. Additional parking is available at the entrance to the RV park.
